If I could give AC Advice 1,000 stars, I would. Our technician was Cory and when I tell you he went above and beyond and back again, that is exactly what he did! He was sent out by our warranty department (SHW), and quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC Unit. He had all the tools and parts to fix the issue that same day, and he was ready to get the job done.
