Our technician was Cory. Was quick and efficient. More over, a wealth of advice to avoid future issues and expenses. Recommended maintenance options and discussed system upgrades but without trying to upsell or encourage unneeded work. Have had technicians from several different companies come out for servicing and repair work, but I’d absolutely recommend A/C Advice.
I am only giving 1 star because that's what you have to give in order to write a review. This company is UNPROFESSIONAL! I dealt with the technician Corey who is apparently the (owner/operator) on both encounters with this company and the experiences was very unpleasant! I started off by reaching out to this company in 01/2024 to do a regular maintenance to my HVAC unit, also inquiring if they had an HVAC warranty program.
