We were set up with AC Advice of SC through our home warranty company a few years back. When our home warranty denied our claim, AC Advice went above and beyond to work with us, as well as our AC manufacturer and local distributor to get warranteed parts so that we only had to pay for labor. Corey kept us updated throughout the process and got us scheduled immediately after receiving all of the warranteed parts. If I could give AC Advice 1,000 stars, I would. Our technician was Cory and when I tell you he went above and beyond and back again, that is exactly what he did! He was sent out by our warranty department (SHW), and quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC Unit. He had all the tools and parts to fix the issue that same day, and he was ready to get the job done.
