Everything was perfect. Staff were friendly and pleasant and knew exactly when and how to assist. The room had everything we needed. The decor was simple but stylish.
Easy access from airport via train to Wynyard. Quick walk to hotel and close to restaurants, bars and the Opera House.
Quite Disappointed!! At Floor 21 on 28/09, the staff showed very poor manners and customer service. When my wife entered the floor, she looked toward the reception desk and greeted the staff with a friendly "Good morning," but received no response at all. The housekeeping service was also disappointing. The floor and bathroom were not properly cleaned.
