The last time I've heard from Attorney Jennings was October 3rd 2022 when she replied to an email. It was already hard to try to get through to her on the phone. The secretaries would tell me to leave messages and she would never call back. And then in February of 2023 No one even answered the phone it just went to voicemail and the voicemail was full and it has been full for almost 2 years. So those wondering where Brooke is at the moment; she is medically unavailable. Brooke did everything she was paid to do for us and did it well. If your looking for your records contact the State Bar Association in Atlanta. They may have your records. They were extremely helpful to navigate a solution. PS. Thank you Brooke; we just left Atlanta and our new attorney praised the excellent job you performed for us. Where ever you are, thank you and hopefully you are healthy and back practicing law soon.
My husband and I fully paid her for our immigration process. Our deadline was approaching and we couldn’t get ahold of her, so we ended up having to hire another attorney. If she was out due to a medical issue, she should have hired someone who’d let all of her clients know and she also needs to return the money to all of her clients who paid her in advance but have never received her legal services. Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. Do not make the same mistake that we did.
