The whole experience of getting a passport was made very easy by A. Briggs and their detailed information on how to expedit it on their website. Although pricey it was definitely worth it.
Even with a short timeline, I got my visa with plenty of time to spare. Assistance was always available and easily accessible (no long automated message to get through) and updates on the process were sent often through email. I highly recommend.

I was extremely delighted with the responsiveness and care I received from A Briggs. Their Cincinnati office was extremely polite and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a smooth process. Initially I was a bit bewildered by the whole process but their online checklist and in-person support made the whole thing fairly painless and I got my passport within days. I would recommend this service to anyone in need.
I have never needed a visa before, but when I need one in the future this is who I will be contacting. I live in SD, not close to any office or Chinese embassy. They had a list of what I needed to send them and all the paperwork. All I had to do was print a label, put everything on the list in the envelope and take it to fedex. From there it took less time than I thought it was going to. Really smooth process.
