The actual care/treatment received here was fine, but their director and administration side operate on a level that is closer to fraud and extortion. I genuinely liked the counselors that I saw here, but their director and front desk conducted themselves with such disdain for professionalism that my overall experience has turned into a negative one. Katya was my therapist for at least 8 months. I had a terrifying car accident last year and for a while my anxiety was through the roof. I was recommended here by my physical therapist and I was very happy to try, as I never had therapy before. I felt shame for having anxiety but Katya was never judgmental and helped guide me as I was recovering from the accident. The receptionist was also kind and easy to schedule with.
Harold is the worst case manager. Brenden does not care anyone but himself. I was friends with a client and Natasha was my therapist and then Natasha choose client me and wouldn’t provide with service. The client was my best at the time and Natasha told her to block thinking that I would just disappear. This is the worset advice anyone could get. Please stay they don’t you or me.
