Katya was my therapist for at least 8 months. I had a terrifying car accident last year and for a while my anxiety was through the roof. I was recommended here by my physical therapist and I was very happy to try, as I never had therapy before. I felt shame for having anxiety but Katya was never judgmental and helped guide me as I was recovering from the accident. The receptionist was also kind and easy to schedule with.
Harold is the worst case manager. Brenden does not care anyone but himself. I was friends with a client and Natasha was my therapist and then Natasha choose client me and wouldn’t provide with service. The client was my best at the time and Natasha told her to block thinking that I would just disappear. This is the worset advice anyone could get. Please stay they don’t you or me.
There are no words to express how genuine the people at A Bridge Back are. They sincerely believe in helping people and most of them are in recovery themselves and share their experiences in order to help others. They are some of the nicest people I have ever met and handle all paperwork/meetings/etc. in a very timely manner.
