Horrible customer service. They do not let you return a dress or work with you. I had an issue and wanted to talk to the owner. The manager and owner were very rude. The owner didn't call me back for 3 weeks. When we finally talked, she pretty much insulted me, got really upset, said she didn't care that I was a customer, said she didn't care about the hundreds we already spent there, and hung up on me. I've never had such horrible service, EVER.
