I have purchased two prom gowns at this store and feel that there customer service is far superior than any other store I have shopped with my oldest girls. I am about to purchase my seventh prom gown for my youngest and am hoping to find the right one for her. I do love everything about this shop!
Don't just rely on the bad Yelp ratings/reviews to make your decision to visit or not. Dig deeper on the Yelp page to find the great reviews you can read that Yelp tucked away. PS Definition of the word "Yelp" ...a sharp high-pitched cry (especially by a dog). So if that says anything about what the purpose of yelp is then there you have it....to yelp or complain that something or one has hurt or made you cry out loud. Doesn't seem to recognize positive posts and that is sad.
