Can’t get our boat back!! Paid over $1,700 and this guy won’t answer his phone!! How do we take legal action?
They can first begin by answering our phone calls. They've had our boat for almost a year, insurance claim has been approved for the majority of the time and we have already paid over $2000 for them to recondition the boat. All calls to the business line have are not being answered and the mailbox is full. Mike the "owner" gave us his cell and he never answers texts or voice mails.
