This company ripped our family off and stole over $30K of our money. Our back yard looks like a bomb went off! Beware: Austin is very convincing, DO NOT HIRE HIM!!
This is my pool after I hired this company. Started my pool remodel, took over $30K of our money, then abandoned the job! Austin came out to quote the project in October 2024, I paid him the first two progress payments and the week of Christmas I was told that there was only about 5 days of work left before I could bring in the paver crew to finish the project and if I could go ahead and give him the final payment so he could pay his crew. Chris and Austin resurfaced our pool in November 2023. We opted for the Aqua Blue mini pebble. The surface was blotchy, and distinctive streaks were evident. They left a white grout haze on the tile. They also damaged the concrete bull nose. When we first entered the pool in April, we noticed areas of the grout were cracked, spalling, and even missing.
