Caleb helped through the whole process. They showed up every day and time they said. I would 100% recommend Caleb and A Birds Eye View to anyone. Will use again when that time comes.
Had my ENTIRE roof replaced by them june of 2025. November 2025, I already have a substantial leak in the first floor roof that needs to be repaired. This should be covered under the warranty, however we cannot get ahold of the owner, KERWIN. We know he is getting our calls because he is resolving some of the clerical errors that were missed. But when it comes to coming out, evaluating the roof - he will not return voicemails or answer the phone and we have been trying for a month now.
A business that trespasses people’s property in order to get new customers shouldn’t be in business at all. If you do good, honorable work and have a half-decent marketing strategy, no one bearing your company name would violate TWO separate No Soliciting signs on my property. Luckily my father-in-law does better work and has more integrity in his left pinky than these people, and I’ll have a new roof by next week. No “free inspection” needed.
We had waited too long to replace our old roof and were in need of a replacement done quickly. Birds Eye View gave us a good price, and then showed up when promised and did a excellent job with a quick turn around. They scheduled all permitting, confirmed with our home owners assoc., and had the old roof debris hauled away quickly. We are pleased with the results.
A Bird's Eye View Roofing did an outstanding job with my roof. Cam Porter worked with me each step of the way. He discovered damage on my roof and assisted me with filing my claim. He met with the claims adjuster who acknowledged his findings. I was kept informed on when materials needed for the repairs would arrive at my home and when the repairs would start. The professionalism displayed by Cam reflects greatly upon himself and A Bird's Eye View Roofing.
