Receptionist doesn't know how to do her job. I was given different appointment times for my daughter, told paperwork was missing then it wasn't missing. I was quoted $89 using my insurance and told it would change once deductable was met. After second session I was sent a text saying there was a mistake it was actually $120 per session the $89 was for assessment. How is that my fault you messed up? Never took ownership for their mistake and blamed the insurance company. Will not be returning!
