I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Todd Simpson. He listens well, doesn’t rush, and genuinely works with you based on where you’re at not some one-size-fits-all approach. It’s rare to find a doctor who balances knowledge with real care like that. This guy is dope!
100 percent recommend doc Simpson is the best
Dr Todd Simpson is great but certain staff was awful... Was early for an appointment.. one day and Mr Simpson was late... Which is okay because it was the first time and 6 years he ever did that.. but he was told by his staff that I was very rude and disrespectful.at my appointment also that i was being loud which was not true at all and I even was told that the staff said that I made them..uncomfortable which is untrue because.. when I was there I talked to them about thanksgiving and was nothing but nice to the staff .... ... read more
Dr. Miller treated me like a drug seeker and misdiagnosed my problem. Waste of my time . Front office and nurses were nice and efficient though. I’d recommend finding another doctor.
Been searching for an all around good doctor since moving to the Bentonville area, although the office is in Springdale Dr.Simpson and the staff at a better you are awesome! Dr.Simpson is very knowledgeable and informative no matter what the medical topic is. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and his assistant Alicia is awesome at answering the patient portal very quickly. Very thankful I found this place, I would recommend 10/10
