Arrived at the location and there’s tons of construction all around and no where to park. The side streets require a parking permit. I tried to call in several times to get a suggestion as to where I could park. The first 2 x I was sent to voicemail which was full. The third time I spoke to a live person who said to me “well I don’t know because we don’t have anywhere to park either”. So I ended up going back home, the 35 miles that I traveled to get there was a complete waste of time.

A Better Weigh has no control over the road construction in the area. All of the local businesses and their customers have been negatively impacted by the temporary lack of street parking but thank you for your comment. We hope you come back soon.
I believe this weight loss facility is providing watered down medication. You pay for one product but another product is given. They are not giving you all of the product. In other words, I believe they are stealing the product and/or providing watered down portions of the product. After inquiring about the color of a syringe, I was told by the office manager that they just switched their product and it's a little darker than the original version. B.S. I used to go somewhere up north for my treatment,first it was far and way more expensive no good! I'm glad I saw a commercial long time ago not only it's closer to me but it's cheaper! The girls are sweet and very good at their job thank you for this great place!
I stay over an hour away and I've never thought I would randomly just up and go somewhere just because of a commercial but I did, and believe me it was worth it. I needed to lose weight for my sister's wedding and I didn't think I could but, I did. I met the actual lady from the advertisement and see gave me great advice on how to maintain and what would help me. She was amazing and so was the staff. If u need to lose weight and are not sure give them a try I'm sure u would be satisfied.
