Been trying to call to become a new patient. A lot hard then I thought . Been calling for about 20 min no respond . Went online to see if I could chat with someone there . Very slow not very helpful. Sent a inquiry online and was told that it takes up to 24 hours to get a hold of someone. Not very helpful on the whole mental health issue. Very concerning if a patient or new patient can’t get a hold of their provider / doctor .
