Petra B.is one of the most caring people i know of , her number one goals is for her clients to have competent and compasionate care givers. I have worked for her and worked beside her for over 6 years and would have her take care of me and any family members. I have been through all types of cases and have seen Petra in action and her true feelings for her clients and employees
Very impressed with the owner of this company. Very, very personal service and a cut above the chains and franchises. Many of those just "send a body" to care for a loved one. Petra matches caregivers to the patient to make sure it's a great fit.
If you want good…or even just adequate care for your loved one, please do not use this agency. The agency owner is not truthful. She lies outright and will tell you anything to keep your business. The last “caregiver” gave my father a mix of medications that could have killed him! He has been moved to a nursing home…a sad, but necessary decision. Our experience with A Better Way of Care was a Nightmare!
