We went thru 3 services and 5 caregivers and then found A Better Way. The process seemed a lot less complicated and was very fast in comparison to some struggles and delays we experienced with the other services. Tanya and Deven were great to work with. Our caregiver Tiana was just the most wonderful person we had ever met . Loved her . She was just perfect for us in every-way possible. I asked A Better Way in Home Care LA for an attendant to help me around my house after my hip replacement. Steffi was very professional and accommodating with booking my arrangements. My home health aide was a godsend. She arrived promptly and thought of what I might need even before I asked. I was very happy with all of my Better Way service.
I’m so grateful to Tanya for being able to schedule an introduction to wonderful Theresa. My mom needed an extra helping hand after spending weeks in the hospital and acute rehab and Theresa was the perfect companion aide. She was patient, kind and kept herself busy while my mom rested. My mother has made a solid recovery and no longer needs an aide, besides myself. A Better Way in Home Care also made the administrative part of hiring an aide simple and streamlined. I highly recommend them and especially Theresa.
I am employed with A BETTER WAY IN HOME CARE for over 20 years. The staff are supportive, compassionate, understanding and professional. Tanya is brilliant with choosing caregivers to match with clients. I enjoyed working with clients and staff.
