I think this company is out of business or they have very poor office personnel. I have attempted for the last (5) five days to submit an order via the internet and FAX as well as the telephone lines without any response. I am certainly happy that I didn't furnish them with any credit info. Maybe I am wrong, but it certainly doesn't appear to be the case. Bob San Marcos, CA
I placed an online order on Sep 30 for some Defender Glass Protector (total of ******** I never received a confirmation of the order, other than the payment being processed through PayPal. I have emailed them 3 times, left them 2 phone messages and 1 Facebook message but no one has seen fit to contact me about the order. I have contacted PayPal to start the process to get my money returned since apparently I'm not going to receive my merchandise.
