I would highly suggest reading the reviews on Google prior to booking services with this counseling agency. They might make your situation worse than it is. They’re scheduling is poor. Their communication is poor. My situation with my ex is horrible worse off than when we started counseling with this agency. Brian refuses to respond to emails. Update a week later still no response. At first, this place was amazing — very helpful and understanding. Unfortunately, as time went on, scheduling became a big issue. Because of my work hours (2–10 p.m.), my therapist often didn’t have availability that fit my schedule. I was even assigned an appointment time without being asked or confirming, and then told I missed it — even though I never agreed to it. I've been under the care of Mercina Stefanski for a few years now. She has helped me with many issues of mine. She seems to have tools and helpful techniques for all of my struggles. She is professional, non judgemental, and above all, she has earned my trust, which works both ways. I feel safe in her care. I'll give a thumbs up to A Better Tomorrow!
Tried multiple times reaching out via message, asked questions and all I received back was a bot asking the generic “how can I help you” when I asked specific questions. Waited a week and tried again, and now no response at all…very poor communication for a therapist. First impressions is how people pick someone they will trust with private information
