I love my therapist
I cannot in good faith recommend this organization and it's "services". Scheduling is a really severe issue here at baseline and needs to be addressed from the ground up. Double-bookings and cancellations are frequent here. One of the counselors I worked with became increasingly agitated with me when sharing personal details and struggles they couldn't identify with, along with them not understanding my financial situation hindering additional treatment options.

After saying a therapist wasn’t the right fit for me, I called back 5 times and left voicemails with no reply. What kind of business/practice just blatantly ignores people? I can see if I was rude when I called but I never once was. I honestly can’t believe a counseling center would be so unprofessional and quite frankly rude to someone seeking help for their mental health.
