Terrible. Me and my wife were scheduled for counseling and no one never showed up. No return calls. Just someone at a calling site at their home with loud children in the back ground. This was our first counseling which was needed and has put a bigger strain now because of this inconvenience and I will be calling my insurance company as well about this . Terrible service
My husband scheduled marriage counseling for this morning at 10:30am. We arrived at the location at 10am with the expectation of completing paperwork (first session).
