Horrid. I was given an apt after filling out intake forms through email. I had to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. They have someone who handles all the scheduling that’s outside of the practice and takes days to respond. When I was finally given my next apt…the friday beforehand I was told by the scheduler that she told me the wrong date, “it was for someone else” and I would have to find another practice OUT OF NOWHERE…as someone else in healthcare this was just unacceptable to me.
