Like many others have said, no one was there to do the facial for my girlfriend, twice. She had confirmation emails and texts from reservations too. This place doesn't care about your time. Unfortunately on Groupon they don't allow reviews when you get a trade-in (they wouldn't honor a refund), so you don't get this information on Groupon when you buy it.
