Like many others have said, no one was there to do the facial for my girlfriend, twice. She had confirmation emails and texts from reservations too. This place doesn't care about your time. Unfortunately on Groupon they don't allow reviews when you get a trade-in (they wouldn't honor a refund), so you don't get this information on Groupon when you buy it. I filled a complaint to Groupon about the company. Also, it's odd that Google only has 1 star and 5 star reviews. People either love or hate this place? No one gave a middl... read more
They’re unresponsive and the online scheduling does not work. I traded in my Groupon for a more reliable company.
