I could not be happier with this place. Dwight, the owner, is genuinely an amazing human being and so incredibly helpful and accommodating. Dwight went out of his way to help me out in my situation, on top of just running his business very well. He makes everything super easy from tour to move-out. Just before moving to this area we got two units here so that we could transition our move a lot easier and the owner is super nice! The units are well kept and no rodent issues at all since he’s taken measures to keep them out! The gate is secure so I felt comfortable leaving our stuff here in storage for several months. When we need, we will definitely be choosing this place again! I did have one photo of the inside of a unit and it was clean and smelled good inside! I recently packed up my home of 28 years in Oregon and moved to Washington. I did not have a new home yet so I started to look for a storage company to hold all of my precious valuables. After looking at multiple places, most of which made me cringe, I came across A Better Solution Storage in Shelton. If I could give this facility 10 stars I would! Have had a unit here for years. Owner is so nice. Never had an issue
