My caretaker is B and she is amazing and kind and loving and helpful I look forward to her visits every day she truly exemplifies the word care and love and this is so appreciated by me at this point in my life so if I were to recommend a better solution, it would be a five star recommendation and their caregiver Bee would be a five star recommendation as well
My mother declined so quickly we were in a panic and needed help NOW. Ally came over the same day we made the call and a caregiver was there that evening. Unfortunately, mom passed within 48 hours but the care she received was great. I can not say enough good things about Bea. She was with Mom at the end and she is the sweetest, most compassionate, loving human I have met in a long time. She talked with us, cried with us, prayed with us. I’ve worked and currently working for a better solution in home care. Rhandi, Ally, Kimberly and Morgan have been the best group of bosses I’ve ever experienced at such a tough time in my life. They do amazing job with their employees and helping us advance our knowledge in the health care field. They celebrate us and are there for us when needed as an employer it’s rare to have compassionate and hard working management. The clients we have are truly treasured in all aspects with this company!
The girls are wonderful and do things without being asked. I am thankful for them being here to do things I can’t do on my own.
My wife’s mom was 103 and failing but was still struggling to get up on her broken hip-not good. We reached out to Better Solutions and they leaped into action providing 24-7 watchful eyes on this lady. All the attendants showed up as scheduled, took an interest in her well being and provided what was necessary.
