Needed a plummer to snake my main sewer pipe and after two trys his machine became tangled/twisted and he said it was because I had a collapse pipe and wanted to charge me $3700 if he dug it up or $1000 less if I got family to do it. I'm retired military I don't have family here! I also had to lend him my extention cord because he forgot his. Told him I needed a new water heater and a quote. He came out for 10 min and charged $125 that he failed to mention the phone said he normally doesnt tell people about the service fee. CROOK

James was very thorough and goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. I think he's a little bit high but worth the money

Charged over $1200 for 3 hours of worked with just a few dollars worth of material. Have attempt to get him to accept a resonable amount but refuses to cooperate. Spoke with other plumber and they state he did a $200-$300 job. Have contacted the Oklahoma Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and Oklahoma Construction Board. Hopefully this will make A Better Plumbing to be honest and charge an honest rate instead of taking advantage of the situation. Mr. Dolph is a very good plumber. He takes the time to explain what he is going to do and his charges BEFORE performing the work. He is very courteous and is worth the prices he charges. He went out of his way to work on my water lines when other plumbers in the area wouldn't even return my calls. I will definitely use him again.
