I rented a unit for 7 years. Never late on any payment. The day I canceled the unit I was told I would get an email confirming and explaining what needs to be done to get my refund back. I never received the email and within hours of me canceling they removed the few items I had and refused to prorate the remainder of the 30 days I had already paid for and also would not give me my deposit back. Owner was EXTREMELY RUDE! I’ve never dealt with a businessman so unprofessional! Would not recommend!!
Very good and clean with good drainage around the storage facility. Beth the manager,is super great and upbeat. Very knowledgeable. Easy automatic online monthly payments. And most of all, very affordable and reasonable rates.
