These guys are awesome to work with, they fulfilled everything in our brief, and final result was amazing. Attention to detail is second to none
At the start Matt was very helpful, but as soon as i paid the invoice to have the plans we had discussed drawn up, he would no longer return any of my calls on his mobile or messages left with his receptionist or return any emails sent. This went on over months of trying to get in contact with him to ask simple questions. Extremely disappointed with his lack of customer service, I would never recommend this company to anyone.
We found A Better Life Outside really listened to our needs and delivered a design that we loved. They understood the subtleties and nailed the brief. If you are looking to get your outdoor area renovated, please get it designed first. Rather than having numerous builders give you a quote on what they "reckon" would look good, get the plans done properly, then put it out to get quotes. You can then compare the quotes and actually know what you are going to get.
Many thanks to Matt and the team at A Better Life Outside, from the initial consultation to the completion of the job they were total professionals. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will use them again on the next house.
We had an excellent experience with Matt. He was very generous with his time and extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of design. He had lots of inspiring design concepts for our yard, including pergola, pool area, landscaping and outdoor kitchen. Highly recommend 👍
