But for the floor he hired people who had no idea what they were doing. We ended up having to buy our own tile and he sent someone out he redid the whole floor with tile. Awful experience with this company. *** is very difficult to deal with and will try to hard sell you a lot of things you do not need and did not ask for. I would not ever do business with them. Find a contractor that cares what you need and want.
Strongly recommend avoiding this company! The owner ********************* enjoys trying to rip off his customers. He is a narcissist and a bully. He has pending assault charges. Best thing you can do is not give him your business!
Less than one rating. Proposal presented and signed by both parties and work started same day. Removal of all kitchen cabinets and island placed on curb ( not hauled off). Mold treated. Sheet rock removed and informed need plumbing replaced ( additional $475).I informed company ( **** 24 hrs later his service not needed and agreed to pay for services rendered ( mold treatment and kitchen cabinet removal.) *** ******* is a thief. Had a bathroom redo ended up costing twice as to what the quote he gave, shower water control valve leaked like s sieve. Showed us one tile but installed another total lack of complying with city code, H is a scamer and needs to be shut down anyone who deals with this man needs to be ware do not trust what he says.
Ben's crew did a good job while here but on completion, I've called Ben numerous times about the sink in the master bath. Got him once, and he said he'd put me on the list. that's been 4 months ago. We have a granite counter top in the master bath with 13" by 16" glue on sinks. the left side has developed cracks in it......
The only reason this business and person gets a one is because there was not an option to choose a lower rating. This man is very rude, very unprofessional, and either is intentional in what he does or is out to make sure when he comes out he is able to seal a job. He came out on 5/2 to ONLY look for a leak source that occurred only once and it was in the mid left area of my dining room which is connected to my living room.
