I went this place always I received very good customer services, my appointments are on time, the doctor es very nicely, profesional y he has to much patience. I fell very satisfied with their service. The girl to working with their appointments are extremely helpful any times, their texts to confirmed the appointments excellent. Thank you every one to work i this place.
Pretty ridiculous when you make an APPOINTMENT and no one who works here shows up for it??? Even still sitting in the parking lot trying to give grace like maybe someone is late for work- but it’s pretty upsetting and an absolute waste of my morning. Guess I have to find somewhere else to cash pay for my mothers hearing aids.
Dr Valdez is a combination of great human and a extreme knowledgeable professional. The way he calmly explains your hearing situation after the ear test is special and to the point. I truly recommend him.
