In January of 2025 A Better Hearing Center closed 5 of their 7 locations with no notice to their customers. Some people had paid for their hearing aids and never received them. Others, such as myself, showed up for our hearing check-ups that we had paid for when we bought our hearing aids and we found the doors locked in 5 of the 7 locations in Colorado. Thousands of people have been abandoned. I went to Sandia Hearing in Farmington NM and found them to be very helpful.
First time for a hearing test and it was explained to my husband and I what would happen. It was a smooth easy process. Looking forward to hearing clear again.
