These guys are crooks. Charged my 70 year old mom $3800 for hearing aids that never worked. She returned them within the 30 day return period. They said they would issue a refund and never did. Now they refuse to talk to her, return calls, or refund her money. Buyer beware. You might get scammed out of thousands of dollars if you do business with them.

Now that there is a new staff, A Better Hearing is the place to go. That have taken care of all of my issues, without question. They are all so very helpful, caring, and understanding. Don't do Medicare hearing aids, Signa. Use the ones that they recommend.

This place quoted me that the insurance company price was $4.398.00, but they had their "competitive advantage" rate of ONLY $4,000.00. They neglected to mention that if I ordered them from my insurance via the on-line portal, my out of pocket would only be $880.00. When I brought this to their attention, their comment was "well then you have to pay... read more
