We had an appointment for ear wax removal for my elderly mum at Better ear, Ormiston. Stefanie was fantastic very caring and explained everything clearly. Thoroughly recommend their service and will definable a follow up appointment in the future.
Very impressed with Penelope, she gave me more information than any previous audiologist has done, and was very thorough with the examination, explaining everything in easy to understand language. The receptionist took my current hearing aids and checked them over, cleaning and dehumidifying them so I'm now a lot more confident in using them.
After experiencing Sudden Hearing Loss, my ENT specialist referred me to A Better Ear.
