From the moment I walked into the clinic I felt welcome, I was received cordially and the decor was calming and modern. My audiologist Amanda was very patient, professional and thorough. All my questions were answered, the examination process was explained thoroughly and there was no pressure to get hearing aids. I highly recommend this practice.

The Team at a Better Ear are so friendly. I saw Amanda and she was very knowledgeable in what my hearing loss is and what hearing aides will suit me in a budget I can afford. Amanda's explanation on how hearing works, strategys to make being able to hear better in areas such as restraunts etc. Just so professional. Tracy at the front desk is very helpful with making appointments etc. Damien works very hard behind the scenes and I am sure the other members of the team are just as friendly.
