I attended A Better Ear last Tuesday for wax removal and a hearing test and was greeted warmly and professionally by the receptionist Tracie. Both of the treatments I had were done professionally and with care. I was pleased with Stephanie's explanation of every step of my time with her, and with the outcome of the heaqring test. i was not pressured to buy aids or any other product. Marcella Irvin
This my 4th Audiologist, my previos three being chain stores, and I could refer them higher. They are fully independent and give you plenty of time to be fully examined. Whereas a chain store will give you a quick 15 minute examination and recoomend whatever hearing aid make that gives them the best profit, A Better Ear is an independent company that sees you for a full hour to ensure that everything is covered and they are not connected to any particular maker of aids. A wonderful experience with extremely kind and caring people looking after me from the moment I entered the door. Tracy, at reception, fabulous face to the organisation. Stephanie, my audiologist, put me at ease by explaining to me every step of the way which left me feeling calm and confident. I have rebooked my follow up appointment already. I would definably recommend A Better Ear. I have taken my elderly mother there several times and the staff are outstanding. A special mention to Tracie who is the "expert" in the cleaning of hearing aids and ensuring the tubes are correctly positioned. The email / SMS communications are "spot on" in confirming appointments and populating to my email calendar. Parking is easy and the reception / waiting room is very "inviting". In summary, a very pleasant experience, thanks for being so caring !
