A really good experience with super friendly staff! It was a pleasure having Amanda perform the micro suction to clear out my ears and I would certainly recommend both the company and Amanda to anyone.
Had a great visit! The audiologist was lovely and the visit so easy compared with past experiences elsewhere. I'll be back for sure.
I have been attending A Better Ear for a number of years now and from day 1 I have always felt so welcome and at ease. Penny and her amazing team are full of current knowledge all the time and they are very thorough, very honest and very caring to their patients. I would recommend them if you are looking for a Independent Hearing Clinic and you will happy. Thank you the amazing team.
I am so happy we found A Better Ear. Tracy greeted us when we entered the waiting room, she was kind very personable - we loved the birds singing to break the quietness in the area. Just lovely. Our first visit to A Better Ear was amazing. Amanda the audiologist was thorough and explained everything as she went, which was great, telling us things we had never heard before.
