Run done walk shady business. Bout 4 new tires paid cash cause they don't except credit or debit cards. They messed up 2 tpms sensors and lost a lug nut. Had a blow out on new tire took it back to them thinking it hasn't been 3 weeks since I bought tire they will be able to do something for me. NOPE he was like ugh you ran over nails so your fault. Like I have control over what's on the road. You've been warned
Put wrong tire on purpose! Acted like he told me he was doing it! I clearly have messages of the owner and me. I specifically said what size i needed, as I have a tesla. Now I have many codes and faults, all my safety features are disabled. If I get I to an accident, he will be completely st fault. As he has told me he gave me what I payed for.
PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! BAD BUSINESS. I purchased a used tire. CASH only! They put the wrong size on my AWD SUV. I notified them-the next day when I noticed my car wasn’t driving correctly. He told me to come back in. As I did. They did not have the correct size. So put my old tire back on after searching. In asking for a refund due to working out of town and traveling with my young child back and forth-expressing my fear of it being a safety issue to wait.
