Hank is fantastic! He has helped me manage and recover from multiple ailments (torn meniscus, hip issues, rotator cuff, etc.) with great PT work, smart recovery plans, strength and mobility, easy to follow strength exercise videos and more! Lauren is absolutely amazing! She is truly a master at what she’ does. I have had several massages from her and they are always phenomenal but most recently I saw Lauren for a severe shoulder injury and it was incredible. I highly recommend Lauren for both relaxation and therapeutic massages!!!!!
