We were happy with our experience at A Better Choice Tax Preparation. Trina filed our extension and then dug in. She was patient, detailed, and took the time to explain what we would need to bring back and what she was going to get started on. She kept in contact throughout the process. I would recommend her to anyone who has complicated or not-so-simple tax filings.
My elderly mother had Trina prepare her taxes and was told she could make payments for the tax liability that was due. She has done this the past few years and Trina asked her if she wanted to do the same as last year and my said "yes". Unfortunately, someone in the office paid the entire amount due and caused my mother's bank account to be overdrawn! The office staff would not put my mom through to speak with Trina and they said there was nothing that could be done without even speaking to Trina. This place is a total scam ... read more
