Wendy was very helpful and professional. We’re changing our auto insurance from Florida to North Carolina. She gave us several options to choose from and provided us with excellent coverage at a fair price.
Customer Service On the Phone was not the best. I asked her about insurance especially this being my first time getting insurance, she wasn’t that nice and hung up the phone quickly this happened on 09|11|25. Maybe she was having a bad day but I still wanted to say have a great day but she did not give me an opportunity to do so. Please, next time stay on the phone if needed to help the customer.
The entire team at Madison was excellent and very helpful.
Love this company they take care of my needs 100%
