The whole team was incredible. 3 other companies gave me Quotes, and said that I should replace my entire interior French drain system. Bill came out and told me the honest truth that I only needed to replace one section that was missing. His team came out a few weeks later, and did a wonderful job. They were on time, and they were courteous the price, and was very fair. And I would absolutely refer them to somebody else again. Thanks a lot!
More like "The Worst Choice". This company did previous waterproofing work on my home before I bought it. I recently noticed water getting into the basement so I called to see if they would come out and assess/fix the issue. I was told I was no longer under warranty, which is fine since I didn't expect to be, and then I explained that I would be happy to pay for any services that needed to be done. I made an appointment for a free inspection/estimate from A Better Choice, along with several other companies. Bill showed up on time, seeming very businesslike but after spending only a few minutes inspecting my problem areas, abruptly packed up his bag and stated, "Ma'am, I'm not going to be able to help you."
