I personally want to thank John and the crew at A Better Chimney!! They visited my house three times to fix my pellet stove. There were very professional, curious and informative. They went over the top to get the job done. Very nice, hard working people. If u need your stove fixed call them and nobody else!!
I live in Magdalena and they came out and installed my pellet stove. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional about the whole process. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a stove.
We bought a stove from A better chimney on Monday Nov 6 2017 they did not have the stove in stock at the time, They ordered it for us and installed it the very next day. The install crew was very knowledgeable and friendly and got the install done very fast. We have been using the Maxx M ever since, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a stove, and we would also recommend A Better Chimney to anyone for all your heating needs no questions asked.

January 2016 Thanks to the team from A BETTER CHIMNEY in Silver City, NM for a job well done! We are very pleased with their installation of an efficient gas fireplace insert. Last winter, our first in Silver City, we realized that all of our heat was going up the chimney due to the open gas logs originally installed in our home so we relied entirely on a gas furnace for heat with the gas logs serving a purely decorative purpose. While the service and maintenance on my stove was eventually completed, the process took nearly six weeks. The delay was due entirely to the company owner/serviceperson's repeated promises to return my calls ("I'll call you back in 15 minutes to schedule an appointment") were ignored. Promised return calls were never returned on at least three occasions; at least a dozen subsequent phone calls by me to the company's staff were required over the course of the time it took the company to complete the job.
