Derek arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly. I needed an estimate on chimney repair, and the cost for the estimate was free with the cleaning. He protected my carpeted area in front of the fireplace and did an excellent job. The estimate on repairs was explained very well. Great company.
