I was looking for a carpet cleaning business to help out with a nasty organ stain in the middle of my carpet. I called two businesses before A Better Carpet Cleaner and those other two wouldn't even touch to stain. When I called A Better Carpet, the workers where really friendly and they seemed like they really wanted to help me out and they were up for the challenge. These guys are amazing! On time, friendly, knowledgeable, make suggestions without being pushy and most importantly, they do a great job. I always hated to get my rugs cleaned before I found these guys, but now I don't have to deal with soggy carpets and three hours of being told I need to spend more money on a bunch of services I don't want. They're professional, courteous and work quickly so that your entire day isn't taken up with carpet cleaning. I've used the other "big names" in carpet cleaning and will never go back. ... read more

It is so nice to find a service that actually does what they say they will do! It is wonderful to find one that caters to my needs. They were thorough, friendly, concientous and worth the extra dollars I spent. I will definately use them again!
