Service warning both Automatic Wash bays are not functioning. For what they charge for a simple carwash you would think they would update the app to warn customers of service interpretation at each location but no. AUTOWASH y’all need to put some money back into your facilities and keep them operational and improve the customer experience
But this time I am soaking wet five stars… But this time I’m soaking wet and not happy at 6 AM good thing it’s not much color. Middle Bay is a scramble. Stay away.
This car wash is so frustrating. If the automated bays are even open it’s a crapshoot whether or not the wash will work properly. The last several (5!) times I’ve gone here there have been issues. Maybe the rinse isn’t working, leaving soap on my vehicle, or the spot free rinse malfunctions. To top it off, I then drove to the Indiana Marketplace and guess what? One of the automated bays was out of order along with every single vacuum!
Good for self service wash. 5 dollars for 4 mins. Bad for vacuume and everything else. Wasted 20 mins trying to get the app and use the vacuume only to call and find out that you have to subscribe to use it. Never go here no transparency. So complicate to spend 15 mins cleaning car.
If you’re paying by the wash there are much cheaper options. When the automatic bays are working they do a decent job, but some of the summer and a lot of the fall it’s been a roll of the dice if they are functioning. Pay for a monthly membership and when it’s down for a good bit of the month they’ll give you “points” with little actual value.
