Self service wash was great. Vacuums require an app and suggest a membership. We were just driving through so that's useless for us. What a dumb idea
You have to download an app just to use the vacuum.
Only one bay was working and then the machine bumped against my car.
Though I've had my issues, this is probably one of my favorite locations. It could be so much better. 1. The undercarriage wash is always broken or malfunctioning. 2. They try to tickle and dime subscribing customers forcing us to pay extra if we want simple things like a more thorough undercarriage wash. 3. The app constantly says I'm not near a wash when I'm right in the bay. In the six months I’ve had this membership, the Golden Ridge location has been operating with only one automatic wash bay for roughly four of those months. Multiple times I’ve turned onto Golden Ridge Rd. only to immediately U-turn because I wasn’t willing to wait 45 minutes for a car wash. Based on the reviews, I’m clearly not the only customer experiencing this, and management appears to be well aware of the issue.
