The spray bar at this car wash hit my car hard enough to shake it back and forth and scratched my paint. Their customer service in resolving the issue has been extremely difficult to work with. Over the past 4 months, one or both of the automatic bays has been closed or in some way broken, meaning wait times are very long. Not at all worth the high price tag, I would not recommend washing your car here if you value the paint on your car or your time.
I've been a member of autowash for less than a month. The auto wash bays at this location are constantly down. I've had to manually wash my vehicle two out of the five times I've been here. There needs to be improvement to the infrastructure before I can recommend this service. Update, auto bays have been down 3 out of 6 times.
It could be so much better. 1. The undercarriage wash is always broken or malfunctioning. 2. They try to tickle and dime subscribing customers forcing us to pay extra if we want simple things like a more thorough undercarriage wash. 3. The app constantly says I'm not near a wash when I'm right in the bay. They care more about preventing someone from using the app when they're not at a wash than they do making it a good experience for loyal customers that use it appropriately. 4. All vaccume machines are currently out of order. Typically there is good up keep but this is a primary service with every machine being down.
This car wash has two automatic stations and probably 90% of the time, one of them is broken or shut down. This results in a long line (sometimes 45min wait) at the one working automatic wash. I also agree with other reviewers that the blow dryer doesn’t work well.
