Initially, this contractor was pleasant and communicative. He asked thorough questions, completed a walk-through of our home, and provided a quote for the renovations we were seeking. We signed an agreement that included a scheduled start date and paid a deposit for materials. After the agreement was signed and the deposit was paid, communication gradually declined.
