I used this company last summer when my airconding unit had an error message during the 45 degree heatwave. Nathan attended and advised that the unit possibly had a gas leak. I arranged for a service and two "technicians came. They checked the outside unit and advised that it was a well maintained unit and after virtually doing nothing left. I was billed $193. Today I had the unit stopped working and I have found that there is a unit in the roof that was not checked for that original service. Had this been done as it should ... read more

Nathan spent 2 hours diagnosing a problem with my ducted Daikin air conditioner, very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Will use again and highly recommended.

I am so upset with the way A Better has treated my grandparents. The man that arrived named Nathan was nice enough but they where charged $75 a hour for basic items being done. The door bell that was installed didn't work properly and when my grandmother rang and spoke to a lady she was very rude and said that their house was one of tramas which upset my grandmother. I would never get this company back to any of my family members house.

I had nathan come out this week and look at my ac it needed parts, he returned and fit it all and unit working like new. thank you for the brilliant service.
