God where do I start? I really rather not leave a review like this but I have to, so any other potential customers know my experience. This company is the absolute worst experience I have ever had, and I'm 57 years old! The person who measured for my 12 window replacement estimate Lindsay, measured incorrectly. This caused the disaster from that point forward. When the installers came, the crew were unfriendly and appeared like they were hungover or on drugs. We have had A-Best replacement windows in our entire house since 2008. A few minor things needed to be repaired on three of them so I phoned them on Friday. Jim was here on Monday (a holiday for some businesses in Maine) and repaired all three things and recommended silicone spray to help things slide smoothly. We could not be happier with our A-Best windows and their warrantee service. Many, many thanks for the quick response and repairs!
