DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! LYING SCAM ARTISTS!!! Never ever in our lives have we had a worse experience with a repair service. These liars charged us $997 for 3 "authorized" Fisher Paykel dishwasher repairs and guess what -- our dishwasher is STILL NOT WORKING. This scam artist, Isaac, now has stated that we need to re-replace a part that he already replaced in June 2016 for full charge of parts & labor because "it's past 90 days". Very reliable and professional. I called them and they actually showed up, not like some other company that they say that they are on the way and never show up. Thank you Luly for scheduling and Issac for doing such a great job.
WASTE OF TIME. given a window of time from 11 am - 2 pm. It's 2:15 and no one has shown up yet, even after the 'we're on our way call' at 1:15 pm. they should pay husband for taking the day off for such nonsense. #A-Bestnotthebest #unprofessional #hopehefixesit
