We've used this company multiple times between various members in my family. We've always received honest and timely service and great prices.
My husband called 1 week ago to schedule repair and order parts. They called us back with part prices and said that they could be out on this Saturday because they had to wait for the parts. Called this morning to see what the ETA was and we were told that they didn't even order the parts!!! Ofcourse this is after i tore my laundry room apart to make it easier in the repair guy to do his job. The female company representative said that it was our fault that THEY didn't order the parts. my wife has been w/o washer for 5 weeks, bought set from depoe and their warranty people DO NOT CARE , called A-best fri. , came over mon , I had all the parts (liner) , took quick look at it as I told him what led to us calling them , he (who had a helper too) gave me three reasons why he could not fix it right then and there , 1 don't have the tools required to pull it apart , 2 would cost almost double for the time it would take to fix right there , and 3 , have 7 more service calls to go to . I have used this shop for many, many years. This small family operated company saves money on the frills that I don't care about and gets the repairs right. I just had them repair a portable dish washer for me. The quote was 20.00 The repair was done in one day and was, well.... 20.00 Great place to buy used stuff at also! Thanks to the Owners.... Wiley.
