This was probably the worst experience I’ve had walking into a business. Not only was the door locked during business hours, but a lady did come to the door and let me in. She treated me in a very confused manner as to why I was there, I said I’m looking to get some flowers for my girlfriend. She kind of just slumped her hand over and said well this is what we got. I was sent roses from a friend after my father recently passed away. Unfortunately, they significantly wilted within three days, however when I reach out to A Bella Mia, they were quick to send a beautiful replacement the next day. As local Norwood residents, we have ordered flowers from them for many occasions over the years and it was really great to see their customer service in this difficult time.
These flowers were delivered two days ago for my wife’s birthday. They are already getting discolored on the edges with petals falling out. Opting for two stars since the driver was polite and professional, but these have to be the worst delivered flowers I have seen.
