I had a very disappointing experience at this flower shop. The customer service was extremely poor — the staff was unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed annoyed when I asked simple questions. Instead of feeling welcomed as a customer, I felt rushed and ignored. I came in expecting to buy flowers, but left because of how unpleasant the experience was. Customer service matters, and unfortunately this place seriously lacks it. I would not recommend this shop.
Do not order from this place. If you live around here and order from Teleflora or 1800-flowers pray they don’t use this florist cause your arrangements won’t look anything like the pictures and come with wilted/damaged flowers. Read similar reviews below dating back months about the same issue and the owners clearly have made no effort to correct their ways. You are better off getting your arrangements from even the Stop and shop nearby for a fraction of the price.
Owner Marie Noe has pattern of substituting junk for what is actually ordered from Teleflora. Thought is was strange to receive an old, shedding Christmas tree five days after Christmas but was not surpised when I saw what had actually been ordered which would have been great. What this company is doing is fraud and misrepresentation for the sake of an easy buck. Has casued me and the person who placed the order embarrassment and inconvenience. Use them at your peril. They are the worst.
Just want to note that we sent a floral arrangement to a funeral totaling $100. The flowers did appear fresh but my gosh I was incredibly disappointed with the size of the bouquet. I was told that with delivery the arrangement would be a $75 one. First, they were already driving the less than five miles to deliver flowers for many other arrangements to this funeral home, and also I requested flowers that were in season. You should be ashamed of yourselves and should not be in business. I understand that the arrangement is not going to look exactly like the picture online however, I do expect that the flowers are not starting to turn brown and are not wilted. And I do expect that the flowers that are in the name of the arrangement to actually be in the flower arrangement that is delivered.
