My husband had purchased a session for a custom facial for my birthday. It was relaxing and the results seemed good but I'm disappointed at the same time since I was asked if I ever had a facial before (which I haven't) and she quickly mentioned what she was going to do but during the process I didn't quite understand what was going on nor understood what the end results were supposed to be.
