Went today for the first time with my rockhound husband. He was like a kid in a candy store. I found a beautiful piece of amythest and the ladies there were very nice. Really nice selection and lots of raw and finished stones. May go back for a jewelry making class. Would gladly recommend.
I went there to get my necklace fixed an a very pleasant an attractive young woman had it repaired in seconds for minimal price. I briefly browsed through the wide array of minerals an stones an I'm definitely going to revisit when I can spend more time looking an possibly purchasing.
I wrote this review before. As it was not favorable it seems to have disappeared. I ordered a bracelet. It was not finished as promised. POOR customer service. All I got was excuses ��
I ordered a bracelet made fora special occasion. They never called to tell me it was ready. I called and whoever answered didn't have a clue about the bracelet. She said she would look into it and call me back. She didn't. Never trust this shop to give you good customer service. Theirs sucks. My family and I will never go back. I leave in the morning for the event. Without my special gift. So to them. Thanks for nothing ����������
