Our vacation was far different this year. Instead of enjoying beautiful Topsail Island, like we have for the past 30 years, we were instead greeted with a dirty unkept beach house, rats, and worst of all a rental company, A Beach Place Realty, that lied to us about having known after they told us via phone that they had previous complaints regarding that property. We believe that the description and accompanying photos are very deceiving for this location. The photo looking off the back deck shows No house directly behind the property. The current view shows only a house across the street with plenty of ocean views. We pulled up to a house under construction (with the noise that comes with construction) blocking the majority of the view behind the house. RecommendedEverything was straightforward in dealing with "a beach place". We've used them since 2013 and have never had a problem with the rental procedures or the property itself. The couple of times that we did have a maintenance issue, the problem was promptly (within a couple of hours) resolved. As long as this quality of service continues, we will continue using them.

I had never been to Topsail Island and found Bella Lido when surfing the intern for new vacation destination. I emailed ABPR who immediately got back to me. Through the whole Covid lockdown they kept in touch and answered my questions promptly. They were very reassuring. I made the trip and the house was beautiful and I don’t think you could get a better location. I had a minor issue with the A/C which ABPR addresses within hours. We have rented with a beach place realty several times in the past few years. We have had only one small problem, and that was with the 1-8oo number, called directly to office, problem resolved.We have reccomended them to our friends. We love topsail island, have been going there for 20 years.

We have been vacationing in topsail off and on for 20 years. This is the first year we lost out due to a hurricane. They were very helpful after losing our week due to the hurricane. Will certainly be using them again next
This would've been our third year with them had they not provided unsavory business tactics. Warning for anyone renting from them- they may pull your rental out from under you at any time and give it to someone else. THEN, they will offer you properties up to $2000 a week more all while blaming you for not taking advantage of return rental priority after your stay last year and they'll try to give you $150 stating that makes what they did okay.
