While I’ve heard their reputation was not good, I thought I had NO choice in choosing them as my Attorney for “Thomas Fire Class Action lawsuit”against Edison…Well, 5 (!!) yrs later, still NO settlement-& then they unexpectedly DROP MY CASE (& some others I heard) because not lucrative to them. My Co-workers w/same class action lawsuit (but different Attorneys) rec’d settlements YEARS before!! It’s obvious Cappello only cared about Clients w/HUGE settlements.
The best team
Completely blew a class action suit against planes all American pipeline. I was offered a settlement of 20,000$ and they convinced that they were going to win and I would receive a payment 20 times that amount. Needless to say they lost and I’m out 20k
