I Love this place. Jack is an Icon and always accomodates me. Yes, appointments are recommended like any place but walk ins are welcome. Personally, i do both since i have a work travel schedule that can change. If you want to lay back, truly relax and experience an old school shave and cut you will not be dissapointed.
